When Fabric Meets Innovation: Highlights from Faslink Fabric Fusion 2025

Over four inspiring days in October 2025, Faslink hosted Fabric Fusion 2025 — a pioneering textile exhibition held at GLAB by Faslink, Ho Chi Minh City. 

More than just a workshop, Fabric Fusion was designed as a meeting point for technology, creativity, and sustainability — connecting designers, local brands, and OEM partners through Vietnam’s most innovative fabric solutions. 

This year’s event featured over 100 sustainable and high-performance materials, from natural fibers like Coffee, Lotus, and Bamboo to advanced textiles such as Smart Nano, Reborn, and Flexshirt™ — all proudly developed within Faslink’s local-to-global innovation ecosystem. 

Top 3 Most Loved Fabrics 

Among hundreds of fabrics on display, three stood out for their story, performance, and emotional connection with visitors:  ALL ABOUT CAFÉ™, CollaTech by Lotus, and Smart Nano. 

  1. ️ ALL ABOUT CAFÉ™, powered by S.Café® technology, transforms recycled coffee grounds into functional fibers that control odor, block UV rays, and dry fast. Its balance of comfort and performance made it one of the most talked-about fabrics at the exhibition — a perfect blend of everyday practicality and sustainable innovation. 
  2. CollaTech by Lotus, part of Faslink’s Biohacking Fabric series, infuses collagen extracted from lotus leaves and seeds into viscose fibers. The result is a fabric that hydrates, soothes, and naturally protects the skin, offering a sensory experience unlike any synthetic fiber. 
  3.  Smart Nano impressed for its durability, wrinkle resistance, and shape retention, becoming the go-to solution for brands seeking a professional, high-performance material adaptable to every movement. 

Visitors were particularly enthusiastic about sample registration and R&D consultation sessions, where Faslink experts shared insights on applying these materials to real-world apparel manufacturing. 

A Movement Rooted in Vietnamese Innovation 

Fabric Fusion 2025 once again highlighted Faslink’s commitment to advancing sustainable textile innovation from Vietnam to the world. 

 The event not only introduced eco-materials but also strengthened the bridge between local craftsmanship and cutting-edge technology — showing how Vietnamese creativity can lead global conversations on sustainability.
