Mrs. Trần Hoàng Phú Xuân – CEO of Faslink – was honored as the “Golden Rose 2025” by VCCI & UN Women. With over 17 years of leading Faslink, she has pioneered the development of green materials from pandan leaves, coffee grounds, and lotus, promoting sustainable fashion and empowering Vietnamese women.

On October 22, 2025, at the Vietnam Women Entrepreneurs Forum organized by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) in collaboration with the Embassy of the United Kingdom and UN Women,
Ms. Tran Hoang Phu Xuan – CEO of Faslink JSC – was honored among the Top 98 “Vietnam Outstanding Female Entrepreneurs – Golden Rose Award 2025.”
This recognition is not only a tribute to a strong and visionary leader but also a reflection of Faslink’s 17-year journey in pioneering sustainable fashion “made in Vietnam.”

Starting with a humble workshop of just four sewing machines, Ms. Xuan envisioned a new path for Vietnam’s garment industry — one where fashion is not only beautiful but also responsible toward people and the planet.
Under her leadership, Faslink has become a pioneer in regenerative and bio-based materials, developing a portfolio of innovative sustainable fibers:
Mrs. Xuân once shared: “I don’t want Vietnam to be known only as a garment factory of the world. I want it to be recognized as a nation that creates the materials of the future.”
Beyond her leadership role, Ms. Tran Hoang Phu Xuan has long been committed to empowering Vietnamese women and fostering community growth. At Faslink, over 70% of employees are women, trained in technical skills, R&D, and product innovation — proving that sustainability begins with human development.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Faslink (Fashion Link JSC) launched the campaign “For the Frontline – Together for a Safe Saigon,” providing essential support to isolation zones in Can Gio, Nha Be, and Cu Chi (HCMC). The initiative delivered over 300 care packages and 1,000 nutritious meals to medical staff and volunteers — a heartfelt gesture of solidarity and corporate responsibility. The program was organized by Faslink, with the support of the Ho Chi Minh City Association of Textile, Embroidery, and Knitting (now AGTEK), amplifying the message of compassion across the local textile community.
Continuing this social mission, Faslink launched the “Second Life” project in early 2024, collecting used garments and regenerating them into new fibers, paving the way for Vietnam’s first circular fashion model.

As part of its commitment to environmental and social impact, Faslink also established the Faslink Carbon Neutral Program (FCNP) through the FarmLink Thanh Son project — a community-based initiative focused on carbon neutrality and green agriculture. The project engages Faslinkers and local farmers in rice and vegetable cultivation on 1,000 m² of farmland, creating opportunities to understand the value of soil, human effort, and natural regeneration.
Alongside her executive role at Faslink, Mrs. Xuan is recognized as one of Vietnam’s most active female leaders contributing to the country’s textile transformation.

As Vice President of the Ho Chi Minh City Association of Textile, Garment, and Fashion (AGTEK), she promotes green transition initiatives and international partnerships for the Vietnamese textile industry.

She is also an active member of the Ho Chi Minh City Association of Women Entrepreneurs (HAWEE), where she mentors young female leaders and advocates the spirit of “Women Lead Change” through empowerment programs.
In 2022, Ms. Xuan represented Vietnam as a speaker at the APEC BCG Symposium in Bangkok, joining the session “Fashion & Lifestyle Products and Services.” She shared insights on applying the Circular Economy model in sustainable fashion and Vietnam’s integration into the Bio-Circular-Green (BCG) framework — highlighting how sustainability can become a competitive advantage for the nation’s textile future.

The Golden Rose Award 2025, presented by Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh, Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Deputy Head Le Quoc Minh, and VCCI Vice President Hoang Quang Phong, stands as a testament to the vision, perseverance, and compassion of Vietnamese women leaders shaping a greener future.
“I dedicate this award to my colleagues at Faslink — those who have woven this journey of trust, creativity, and responsibility with me.” — Tran Hoang Phu Xuan, CEO of Faslink

Today, every fabric bearing the Faslink name is more than a product — it is the embodiment of Vietnamese innovation, compassion, and ambition. The Golden Rose 2025 is not just a recognition of success, but a reaffirmation of Ms. Xuan’s lifelong mission: to bring Vietnamese-origin materials to the global stage, where fashion and responsibility coexist in harmony.
